Processing time for paper prints/rolled canvas
Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders on paper or rolled canvas.

Processing time for stretched canvas/framed prints
Framed prints and prints on stretched canvas require 4-6 weeks.

Packaging
JASMIN CAN YOU PROVIDE BLURB FOR HOW WRAP THE STRETCHED CANVAS PIECES/ACRYLIC PRINTS?? I KNOW WE HAVE THE CUSTOM BOXES BUT NOT SURE THE NAME OF ALL THE OTHER WRAPS YOU USE 😜

Paper Prints: Paper prints are carefully protected with a sheet of glassine placed over the image surface. They are then rolled in an additional layer of kraft paper and securely packed inside a double-walled shipping tube to ensure they arrive safely.


Rolled Canvas: Canvas prints are rolled image-side in and packaged in a shipping tube designed specifically for canvas transport.

Returns:
Our prints are made to order and are non refundable with the exception of damage. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days so that we can address and resolve the situation. Please provide clear photos of damages and save the shipping materials. We understand that shipping damage is a part of doing business, and we will replace damaged prints at no cost to the customer.

To submit a return request, please email us at hello@brendabogart.com and reference your order number.

Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not entered production. After that, cancellations are not possible due to immediate printing/processing.
