Pelican 2 "Penelope" Archival Print

This lively pair of pelicans were created by Brenda in January of 2020 while attending a snowy 3-week workshop at Anderson Ranch in Snowmass, CO. Prudence was created using her usual technique and the instructor encouraged her to use a looser technique for Penelope. Here is the poem she wrote for them during the process:

Prudence went to the party to have tea and toast. Penelope went to the party to have martinis with the host.
